AMETEK Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Southern Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager to lead OEM sales initiatives across a defined multi-state territory. The role drives territory order intake, life-of-program wins, and growth through disciplined pipeline execution, customer relationship development, and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Develop and execute regional strategies to meet/exceed growth objectives; Proactively identify and convert new business while expanding existing relationships; Manage high-value sales pipelines and forecast against growth and order targets; Partner with customers and internal teams to influence product development roadmaps; Secure territory order intake and life-of-program win objectives

This role is sales-focused within Aerospace & Defense, emphasizing structured sales pipeline management, opportunity funnel ownership, and forecasting accuracy. It targets Tier 1 and sub-tier customers across commercial aviation and military/mission-critical environments with long sales cycles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in Aerospace and/or Defense and a strong track record of winning new business by influencing decision-makers. They have managed regional sales strategies end-to-end, owning opportunity funnels and accurate forecasting, while building long-term relationships with Tier 1 and sub-tier customers across long-cycle military and defense environments.
