Technical Overview
Sales/Enrollment role focused on member education, enrollment processing, and HIPAA compliance; CAC certification is required or obtainable within 30 days.
Ideal Candidate
An in-field benefits enrollment specialist with 2+ years in healthcare or customer services, able to educate members on plan options, guide enrollment processes, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish; CAC certification preferred or within 30 days.
Must-Have Skills
At least 2 years of experience in health care and/or customer/provider servicesMarketplace Certified (NYSOH CAC) or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hireMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseInterpersonal/customer service skillsData processing and proofing experienceAbility to work independently and meet internal deadlinesLocal travel abilityPositive and professional demeanor
