Specialist I, CRE at SitusAMC to deliver real estate analysis, CMBS and commercial real estate loan underwriting and debt consulting. This role supports multiple transactions with strict timelines, performing financial analysis, document review, and cash flow modeling while potentially supervising junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Review financial statements and rent rolls; analyze loan documents and market data; update cash flow models with Argus; assist in loan closings; participate in credit committee calls
Technical Overview
Involves analyzing operating statements, rent rolls, and loan documents; performing cash flow modeling (Argus or equivalent); monitoring loan performance; supporting loan closings and risk assessments; requires advanced Excel skills and CRE knowledge.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level CRE analyst with 0-2 years of relevant internship experience, strong Excel and cash flow modeling skills, and familiarity with Argus. They should possess knowledge of real estate due diligence, lending policies, and credit risk, and be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Must-Have Skills
