About this role
Supports and scales paid social and video marketing across multiple channels for Cornerstone Brands. Responsible for campaign execution, performance analysis, and ROI optimization, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to drive customer acquisition and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate paid social and video campaign execution
- Support campaign ideation and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Connected TV, YouTube
- Analyze performance and apply data-driven insights to maximize ROI
- Partner with external agencies to design and execute tests, measure and report on campaign performance
- Partner with creative, analytics, and merchandising teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns
Technical Overview
Hands-on with paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and Connected TV; uses attribution modeling, A/B testing, and performance reporting to optimize campaigns; leverages data-driven insights.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level paid social and video marketing specialist with 1+ year of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and strong analytical focus on ROI.
