About this role
System Administration role in Palm Bay supporting Linux and Windows infrastructure with DoD RMF security requirements, automation, and cross-domain integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux systems (physical and virtual)
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Kickstart, Ansible, and Puppet
- Implement security controls per DoD RMF
- CI/CD/DevSecOps tooling and processes
- Integrate Linux and Windows with AD and containers
Technical Overview
Hands-on Linux administration, automation with Ansible/Puppet, containerization with Podman/Docker, CI/CD familiarity, DoD RMF/security controls, Active Directory integration, LDAP, Windows/Linux interoperability
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level Linux/Windows system administrator with DoD RMF experience, 4+ years in defense IT, and active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance. Strong automation, cross-domain integration, and DoD security practices are required.
