About this role
Senior Specialized Industries Banker responsible for origination and leadership in loan syndications, capital markets, and financial advisory within Regions' Specialized Industries unit (TMC focus).
Key Responsibilities
- Originates new business through client relationships in the industry vertical
- Guides transaction processes from engagement through close including deal structure and analytics
- Participates in client meetings and planning sessions
- Manages internal approvals and compliance processes
- Cross-sells Regions’ products with product, credit and geography partners
Technical Overview
Industry banking with emphasis on financial modeling, cash flow analysis, valuation, and deal structuring; regulatory/compliance processes; client relationship management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior corporate banker with 7+ years of corporate/universal banking experience in technology, media & communications, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and the Series 79 and Series 63 licenses (with ability to obtain within six months).
