About this role
This role drives revenue and growth by expanding AWS adoption with strategic ISV customers in Healthcare and Life Sciences. You will set long-term strategy, execute daily to grow customers, manage opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer acceptance and service implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set long-term account strategy and execute daily to grow ISV customers
- Build and maintain broad relationships across account stakeholders (including C-level executives)
- Manage opportunities and facilitate cross-functional extended resources
- Partner with AWS teams (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests
- Drive new service adoption and new line of business development with ISV customers
Technical Overview
The position is business-facing but requires strong technical collaboration and the ability to work with AWS resources such as Solution Architects, Support, and partner organizations. You will facilitate technical partnership and influence service adoption outcomes across AWS services.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior account manager with experience growing strategic Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) on Amazon Web Services (AWS). They can build executive relationships, set long-term account strategies, manage opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, alliances, and solution architects to drive revenue and service adoption.
