About this role
Provide executive administrative support to Directors and Senior Leaders supporting Revenue Management. Manage complex calendars and travel, build PowerPoint decks, coordinate meetings and culture events, and support day-to-day operations for a fast-paced department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and itineraries
- Build and edit PowerPoint decks and compose correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and schedule travel arrangements
- Lead large event planning for the department and culture activities
- Support onboarding of new employees and organize/maintain files and records
Technical Overview
This is an administrative support role centered on productivity tools (PowerPoint) and office operations (calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence). It supports Revenue Management teams including Yield, Pricing, Operations Research, Ancillary, and Reporting Performance & Analytics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior administrative assistant who provides executive support for revenue management leaders, with strong calendar, travel, and meeting management skills. They can create and edit PowerPoint decks, compose correspondence under a leader's signature, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. They also have experience coordinating events and supporting employee onboarding in a fast-paced corporate environment.
