Key Responsibilities

Educate Colleagues on Agile principles and best practices
Mentor one to three teams in developing maturity in their self-selected Agile methodology
Develop Agile adoption strategy with the Agile Practice Lead
Implement Agile processes across Enterprise Technology
Collaborate with the Agile coach to sustain adoption and improvement

Focus on Scrum and Kanban methodologies with formal certifications; supports Agile adoption, ceremonies, and continuous improvement across teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced agile coach/specialist with 5+ years enabling agile practices across multiple teams, strong Scrum/Kanban expertise, and applicable certifications (CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, PSM, SA). They excel at mentoring teams, guiding adoption, and collaborating with Disney's Enterprise Technology organization.

Must-Have Skills
