About this role
AWS Solutions Architect for Hi-Tech and Semiconductor focuses on developing cloud architectures and reference architectures for enterprise semiconductor customers, advising on security, cost, performance, and reliability to accelerate cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Build technical relationships with customers
- Advise on security, cost, performance, reliability
- Own delivery of AI/GenAI or cloud solutions? (context: Solutions Architect)
- Develop production-grade architectures and reference implementations
- Create technical content and evangelize AWS technology
Technical Overview
Cloud-native architectural guidance, enterprise-scale architectures, dev/ops perspective on AWS technologies, and production-ready content creation (white papers, code samples, blogs).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior solutions architect with strong AWS/Azure/GCP experience who can guide hi-tech semiconductor customers in cloud architecture, deliver reference architectures, and evangelize AWS technologies.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer ScienceEngineeringor related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of experience in software engineeringML/AI engineeringor applied data roles.4+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.Hands-on background with APIsCI/CDtestingobservability.Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and how they are builtdeployedand operated in production.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience managing teams building LLMbased applications or GenAI platforms.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AzureAWSor GCP )Exposure to MLOps practicesmodel monitoringand AI governance frameworks.Experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise domains such as manufacturingsupply chainfinanceor customer operations.
