About this role

Sr. Analyst on Comcast's Enterprise BI Data Products & Governance team ensures data integrity and usability across enterprise systems powering sales compensation platforms, collaborating with Sales, HRBPs, and Data Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Be the data subject matter expert-know it, love it, explain it
Curate and validate data for sales comp systems
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Own the data lifecycle
Build and execute UAT plans

Technical Overview

Responsibilities include data lifecycle management, data modeling, data architecture, UAT, QA checks, and enterprise BI tooling (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data analyst with 5-7 years of experience delivering enterprise BI data products, strong SQL and Python skills, and data governance expertise. They will partner with Sales Comp, HRBPs, and Data Engineers to improve data quality and enable enterprise analytics.
