Senior Analyst, Global Customer Service, focused on analyzing complex data sets to deliver advanced data models, dashboards, and metrics for Baxter's service operations. You will ensure HIPAA compliance and support quality governance across customer service data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends; Develop and maintain dashboards; Implement data quality controls; Conduct QA system and supplier audits; Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Technical Overview
BI tools include Power BI and Tableau; data modeling and dashboards with Snowflake data stores; CRM/ERP familiarity (Salesforce, SAP/JDE); emphasis on healthcare data privacy and analytics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-to-mid level quality engineer with 3-5 years in manufacturing QA, familiar with GMP/ISO 13485, CAPA and nonconformance, and experienced with QA audits. ASQ certification is preferred.
