About this role

Senior data analytics position focused on translating business problems into analytic designs and building dashboards and reporting to support decision making for Pro & Services. Requires strong SQL and Power BI skills and experience with enterprise databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise to business partners for data availability, reportability, and accessibility
  • Gather business requirements and translate into reporting solutions, analytic tools, and dashboards
  • Develop, configure, and modify database components within various computing environments by using SQL and/or Power BI to access, manipulate, and present data
  • Synthesize findings, prepare reports and presentations, and present findings to management
  • Communicate data-driven insights to leaders by preparing analyses using multiple data sources; translating findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations

Technical Overview

Stack includes SQL and Power BI for data access and visualization; experience with enterprise databases (Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, DB2) and analytics tools (Alteryx, Knime, SAS); working knowledge of data governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data analyst who can translate business problems into analytic designs and build dashboards using SQL and Power BI. They should have 3+ years of data, reporting, and data visualization experience and be comfortable working with enterprise databases such as Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, and DB2.
