Focus on SAM program development aligned to ISO 19770 and ITAM standards, tools like ServiceNow and Flexera, data analysis with Power BI/SQL/Excel, and cross-functional integration with ITSM/CMDB and financial systems.

The ideal candidate is a senior analyst with 5+ years in SAM/ITAM, strong governance and licensing expertise, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Flexera. They should be adept at data analysis and reporting, work well with cross-functional stakeholders, and be capable of guiding SAM initiatives in a global retail environment.
