Senior Analyst for Strategic Portfolio Delivery supports Ulta Beauty’s Transformation Office by coordinating program deliverables, governance rituals, and cross-functional collaboration; monitors risks, tracks financials, and prepares updates for senior leadership and Board.

- Support delivery of key strategic initiatives; Develop program progress updates; Work with cross-functional teams to assess progress and risks; Provide leadership to team members; Maintain formal program documentation and budget tracking
