About this role
This role performs detailed business and operational analysis and produces comprehensive reports to support business operations. You will lead modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, and business case development, while tracking KPIs and enabling short-term and long-range business planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct short-term and long-range business planning;Conduct complex modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, and business case development;Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on business scorecard or KPIs;Develop, organize and present performance reports;Monitor and coordinate activities to manage operational performance (safety, reliability, service level, productivity)
Technical Overview
The scope is analytical and reporting-focused: develop complex models, forecasts, and variance analyses; maintain KPI/business scorecard tracking; and produce performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Work also includes operational effectiveness and planning support, including process improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior business analyst who has led complex modeling and forecasting, performed variance analysis, and delivered comprehensive business and operational performance reporting. They are strong in KPI/business scorecard tracking and have experience supporting short-term and long-range business planning, including process improvement initiatives.
