Technical Overview
You will work with technical products and teams to structure and negotiate licensing agreements. The role requires managing partners, running roadmap reviews, and partnering with Legal and Finance across the agreement lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a senior business development leader with 5+ years of experience negotiating and executing business agreements, especially in tech licensing. They have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, comfort operating in ambiguity, and experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to drive strategic initiatives.
