About this role

Amazon Leo is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for the Leo Global Customer Operations team. You will build analytics, data infrastructure, and self-service reporting to support customer service and field operations with KPI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage data infrastructure for Leo customer operations
Develop analytics products and simplify data access
Create self-service reporting platforms with automated processes
Define and track KPIs and performance indicators
Write high quality queries for ongoing and ad-hoc requests

Technical Overview

This role focuses on analytics and data infrastructure to measure KPIs and improve customer experience and efficiency. You will develop analytics products, implement automation for large-scale reporting, and use statistical modeling alongside high-quality queries to answer both ongoing reporting and ad-hoc stakeholder requests.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior BI/data engineer who has built data infrastructure and analytics products to support customer operations. They are strong in statistical modeling, KPI/performance measurement, and writing high-quality queries, and can deliver self-service reporting platforms that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
