About this role
This role is for a Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst who will help design, manage, and improve Salesforce and FinancialForce systems supporting Professional Services. You will coordinate PSA/FinancialForce projects, gather requirements, deliver functional designs, and support SOX reporting and SDLC processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap and execute Salesforce.com/PSA- FinancialForce projects
- Collect requirements, evaluate options, and deliver quality solutions
- Own functional deliverables including SOX reporting, process definition, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, and support
- Create and maintain project, application, and architectural design/process documents
- Drive adoption and alignment and ensure consistency and quality of data
Technical Overview
Work centers on Salesforce.com and FinancialForce, including Professional Services Automation (PSA). The role spans requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting/support, and ensuring SOX controls with SDLC governance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Salesforce-focused business systems analyst with 7+ years implementing SaaS business systems and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce. They can independently gather requirements, run fit/gap analysis, and deliver functional design through testing, training, and ongoing support while adhering to SOX controls and SDLC processes.
