About this role
Support Amazon LEO by leading senior-level category sourcing activities for RF and/or Antenna Systems. The role drives supplier selection, development, and management while negotiating complex agreements and delivering measurable cost, risk, and supply continuity outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic sourcing plans using industry and data analysis
- Negotiate agreements including term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements, and component purchase agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and financial health
- Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to reduce cost and minimize risk
- Lead cross-functional projects and meetings with strong documentation
Technical Overview
Focuses on sourcing strategy and supplier management for RF/Antenna Systems within an engineering-heavy environment. Involves detailed contract negotiation (term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements) and financial modeling/analysis for large and complex deals.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior sourcing professional with a strong track record sourcing RF and/or Antenna Systems, including developing sourcing strategy, negotiating master agreements and statements of work, and managing supplier performance. They are comfortable partnering with engineering, legal, program management, and supply chain teams while using data analysis and financial modeling to drive cost reduction and reliable delivery outcomes.
