Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to design, build, and operate a secure hybrid cloud for a healthcare-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing Azure core services, monitoring, policy, identity, backup and DR, and hybrid connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate Azure-based and hybrid infrastructure
  • Manage compute, storage, and networking
  • Validate hybrid connectivity between cloud and on-prem
  • Partner with Identity teams to implement AD, DNS, GPO, Entra ID
  • Implement and manage backup, restoration, and DR strategies

Technical Overview

Hands-on Azure engineering with arc-enabled hybrid infrastructure; strong focus on monitoring (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics), policy (Azure Policy), and identity (RBAC/Entra ID); restore testing and Windows Server/Active Directory expertise.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Azure Cloud Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on Azure experience, strong in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, RBAC, and hybrid environments (Azure Arc/Stack HCI). Healthcare domain exposure is a plus, with the ability to design and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
