The Senior Contract Specialist ensures contract quality, accuracy, and consistency across the full contract lifecycle. The role manages contracts using Salesforce (Conga) CLM, coordinates approvals and signatures, and supports reporting and process improvements for GPO contracting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday contract execution workflows for the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO)
  • Facilitate contract workflows and maintain document accuracy and data integrity within the Salesforce (Conga) CLM system
  • Coordinate internal approvals and signature processes to ensure timely contract execution; facilitate agreements for external countersignature
  • Prepare and deliver endofmonth (EOM) and endofquarter (EOQ) reporting to partners in accordance with GPO contract terms
  • Participate in initiatives focused on automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability
