About this role
This role supports the Sr. Director Corporate & Retail Compliance by designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving Vistra’s Ethics & Compliance Program. It also helps manage program policies, produces compliance reporting/presentations, and supports tracking of required compliance training completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Ethics & Compliance Program performance and improve effectiveness
- Maintain compliance policies and procedures to prevent improper conduct
- Create reports and presentations for compliance leadership
- Track required compliance training and lead yearly Code of Conduct training updates
- Update and escalate monthly and quarterly compliance metrics and variances
Technical Overview
This is a compliance program execution role focused on ethics, Code of Conduct, Antitrust, and Anti-Corruption compliance. The work emphasizes analytics for program effectiveness, maintenance of compliance policies/procedures, and recurring reporting of compliance training completion and metrics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Compliance, Regulatory, or Risk Management experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. They have supported ethics and compliance efforts (including Code of Conduct, Antitrust, and Anti-Corruption) and are comfortable tracking and reporting compliance training completion and program effectiveness.
