Sr. Customer Solutions Manager on the AWS Startups team owns migration revenue realization for a portfolio of startup customers, ensuring migrations launch on time and tracking against forecast while coordinating across AWS teams and partners.

Technical Overview
Focus on cloud migrations, architecture assessments, service mappings, cost optimization, and forecasting across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior program manager with deep experience in migrating startups to cloud platforms, strong forecasting and portfolio management skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple AWS/GCP/Azure teams and partners to deliver on revenue realization.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of customer-facing workengaging with customer executivestechnologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experienceExperience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similarExperience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leadersTravel up to 25% of the time3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWSGCPAzureor similar)including infrastructurecomputestoragenetworkingand managed servicesWorking knowledge of at least one competing cloud platform (GCPAzure) with the ability to map services and identify migration complexity across platformsExperience managing a portfolio of customer engagements with defined revenueadoptionor delivery targets - with a track record of using data to prioritize and drive outcomesAbility to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously in a fast-pacedhigh-autonomy environment
