Senior Data Analyst at Lyra Health responsible for developing analytics using Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau to drive care experience and utilization insights. Will build dashboards, dashboards, and metrics databases while collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Product teams to provide critical insights
Build scalable analytics metrics database using Snowflake, dbt, Github
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards
Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends in care experience
Guide and advise stakeholders on reporting logic and data limitations

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data analyst with 5+ years of data analysis experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and a track record of delivering Tableau dashboards and data models in healthcare analytics. Experience with Snowflake and dbt to build scalable analytics ecosystems is highly valued.
