Senior data governance platform specialist responsible for installing, configuring, and operating an enterprise data governance and catalog platform; design metadata models, ingestion pipelines, and data quality automation; collaborate with data governance leadership, data engineering, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain the data governance platform
- Configure metadata models, asset types, relationships, workflows, and RBAC
- Design automated metadata ingestion pipelines using native connectors and APIs
- Enable and support data quality automation
- Integrate platform with data warehouses, cloud data lakes, BI tools, and SharePoint; validate data lineage; implement data classification and tagging

Hands-on role implementing data governance platforms with experience on Alation/Collibra/BigID/AWS DataZone; work with Oracle databases, enterprise data warehouses, AWS/Azure, and SharePoint integrations; focus on metadata ingestion, data lineage, classification, and access controls; strong scripting/SQL skills.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data governance professional with hands-on experience implementing and operating enterprise governance platforms (Alation, Collibra, BigID, AWS DataZone) in large environments, strong SQL and data integration capabilities, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure).
