About this role

P&G is seeking a senior Data Scientist to design and implement advanced AI/ML models that disrupt current business practices. The role combines Operations Research (optimization and simulation) with state-of-the-art machine learning and next-gen Generative and Agentic AI to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of cutting-edge data science and AI algorithms
  • Partner with engineering teams to productionize and deploy scalable solutions
  • Drive exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and modeling on massive datasets using cloud tools
  • Mentor fellow data scientists and become a go-to expert in AI/optimization/generative techniques
  • Translate complex data into strategic insights that transform business decisions

Technical Overview

You will develop cutting-edge data science and AI algorithms using Python and major ML libraries (OpenCV, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, Pandas). Work includes exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and modeling on large datasets, followed by deployment in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience delivering business-impacting AI/ML solutions. They have strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, Pandas), plus experience using Operations Research (optimization, simulation) and Generative/Agentic AI to build production-ready models in cloud environments (especially Google Cloud Platform).
