Sr Director, Head of Data Science & Digital Health - PSTS, leads data science strategy for Preclinical Sciences & Translational Safety, driving scalable analytics and AI capabilities to accelerate safety insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy for PSTS
- Lead a core team of data scientists and engineers
- Build scalable data pipelines, ML/AI models, analytics
- Champion data governance, analytics lifecycle, and Responsible AI
- Partner with PSTS, IT, DPDS, and external partners
