Sr. Director, Warehouse Management Technologies

Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of innovative warehouse management technologies across multiple sites. Own the strategy and execution for WMS/WES and LMS systems while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliant technology deployments.

• Develop and execute warehouse management technology strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver warehouse solutions

• Ensure cyber-security and regulatory compliance and manage budgets for deployments

Responsible for warehouse systems technology programs including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WES) and Labor Management (LMS) systems, covering strategy, upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments. Ensures cyber-security and regulatory compliance while partnering with IT, business teams, and external vendors and managing project budgets and cost controls.

The ideal candidate is an executive technology leader with 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years in diversified leadership, specifically delivering Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WES) and Labor Management (LMS) solutions across multiple sites. They have strong experience leading cross-functional teams (IT, business, and project management), working with external vendors, and ensuring cyber-security and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and cost-controlled deployments.
