About this role

Serve as the Engagement Manager for Workday Higher Education deployments, guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle. You will manage a portfolio of engagements, produce core project deliverables, resolve issues with the Client PM, and manage delivery budget to deliver projects profitably.

Technical Overview

Technical scope is deployment and delivery management for Workday products (SaaS) rather than hands-on engineering. Responsibilities include managing the deployment lifecycle, issue logs, status reporting, and leading customers through moves to production with coordinated Workday Delivery leadership and consulting teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior engagement/project delivery leader for SaaS deployments in Higher Education, experienced in managing a portfolio of engagements end-to-end. They drive customer deployments through multiple moves to production, produce key deliverables (charter, staffing plan, issue logs, status reporting), and manage scope and budget to deliver profitably while partnering closely with delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management.
