About this role
This role supports and optimizes Epic analytics and reporting tools, ensuring users have reliable, user-friendly access to data for performance improvement. You will configure dashboards and reports, manage security and access controls, troubleshoot report execution issues, and support integrations and Epic upgrade testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to capture reporting/analytics requirements and implement configurations
- Install, configure, and maintain Epic analytics tools and environments
- Assist with integrations between analytics platforms and source systems
- Support UAT and incorporate feedback into configuration refinements
- Troubleshoot report execution issues and monitor system performance with escalation for critical incidents
Technical Overview
Technical scope centers on Epic analytics applications (Radar, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Registries, Analytics Catalog) and Cogito validation during Epic upgrade cycles. The analyst installs/configures tools and environments, supports integrations between analytics platforms and source systems, runs UAT, and monitors system performance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Epic analytics/support analyst who has configured Epic reporting tools such as Radar, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Registries, and the Analytics Catalog. They are comfortable supporting integrations and serving as a subject matter expert for dashboard, report, and self-service analytics configuration, including UAT and Epic upgrade validation for Cogito functionality.
