Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage field property claims and handle outside field investigations
- Lead thorough investigations and assess coverage with reservation of rights and coverage letters
- Set reserves and authorize payments within authority
- Investigate suspicious claims and coordinate with the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) as needed
- Maintain comprehensive, compliant claim records and prepare detailed reports
