About this role

Senior Financial Analyst partners with Merchandising leadership to support Ulta Beauty's private label brands, leading budgeting/forecasting and providing analytics to guide strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budget and forecast processes for Private Label profitability
Support strategic decisions through detailed analyses
Prepare weekly, period and quarterly reporting and executive presentations
Query data to identify trends and variance drivers
Collaborate with Directors and VPs across functions

Technical Overview

Financial planning & analysis with SAP; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; data extraction and reporting; cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, and Accounting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior FP&A analyst with 4+ years of experience in retail finance or merchandising planning, strong budgeting/forecasting skills, and SAP expertise to drive financial planning for private label brands.
