- Collaborate with GenAI ISV partners to define and execute joint GTM programs
- Lead partner development plans and track progress against goals
- Align AWS GenAI strategy with partner activities
- Engage partner field sales, channels, and end customers to drive revenue
- Prepare quarterly business reviews for leadership

Focus on GenAI platforms (Amazon Bedrock, AWS Marketplace), GTM programs, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, legal, and technology teams to execute strategic plans.

The ideal candidate is a senior GenAI partner development manager with 6+ years in data & AI technologies, proven GTM leadership, and a track record of managing GenAI ISV partnerships (Bedrock/AWS Marketplace) across the AMER region.
