- Own full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, field operations and leadership roles
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
- Build relationships with hiring managers and coach on best hiring practices
- Drive structured, data-informed hiring decisions
- Elevate candidate experience from first touchpoint through onboarding
Technical Overview
Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, HRIS) and visa/work authorization considerations; strong sourcing, branding, and stakeholder management in an energy sector context.
