This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and water heaters. The technician ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local and national codes.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect HVAC equipment and diagnose issues
Complete electronic/ mechanical repairs
Repair water heaters
Perform preventative maintenance
Ensure all work is safe and code compliant

Technical Overview

Performs electronic and mechanical HVAC repairs and troubleshooting, including preventative maintenance and repair of water heaters. Work must follow applicable local and national codes and safety requirements.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Senior HVAC Service Technician with strong experience inspecting and diagnosing HVAC equipment and completing electronic/mechanical repairs. They can perform and lead preventive maintenance work, troubleshoot HVAC and water heater issues, and consistently ensure compliance with local and national codes.
