About this role
Senior incentive compensation analyst supporting NA incentive programs, payout calculations, and month-/quarter-end close. Partners with Finance and HR to align payouts with performance results and to enhance reporting and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support monthly incentive and commission payout processes
- Coordinate setup and maintenance of incentive plans
- Align payout outcomes with approved performance results
- Perform month-end and quarter-end accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Develop and enhance operational and analytical reporting
Technical Overview
Analytical role focused on incentive compensation processes, Excel-based modeling, BI reporting via Power BI, and financial operations including accruals and reconciliations. Hybrid work model in Clearwater, with cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior incentive compensation analyst with 5-8 years of experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a background in accounting operations. Must be able to work cross-functionally with Finance and HR in a hybrid Clearwater environment.
