Sr. Infrastructure Platform Engineer - Windows

Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer - Windows will design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure enterprise IT infrastructure across global locations. The role focuses on Windows Server environments, automation, performance optimization, and reliability/security standards.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable IT infrastructure solutions across multiple regions
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure Windows Server-based systems across data centers and cloud environments
• Provide escalation support for complex Windows Server issues
• Define security best practices, hardening guidelines, and compliance standards for Windows Server environment
• Participate in automation projects to optimize system performance and reduce manual intervention globally

You will manage Windows Server-based systems across data centers and cloud environments, implement security hardening and compliance standards, and support virtualization and hyper-converged infrastructure for high availability. You will also drive automation, handle escalation support for incidents, and ensure backups, monitoring, and capacity planning with strong documentation.

The ideal candidate is a senior infrastructure platform engineer with strong Windows Server experience supporting enterprise data centers and cloud environments across multiple regions. They proactively automate operations, ensure security/compliance through hardening guidelines, and drive high availability through monitoring, backups, and capacity planning. They are comfortable escalating complex incidents and mentoring junior engineers.
