Sr Inventory Analyst at Ulta Beauty responsible for end-to-end inventory management, forecasting, PO placement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize stock and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of inventory strategies in partnership with Sr Planner
Manage the end-to-end flow of product for high volume brands
Place purchase orders based on forecasts
Review and adjust POs as required
Update forecasts for store levels in the forecasting and replenishment system

Analytics-driven role with SAP/JDA familiarity; strong Excel and MS Office usage; replenishment and vendor liaison responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an inventory analyst with 2+ years of data/analytics experience in a retail or consumer goods setting, proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, and with familiarity in SAP or JDA for inventory planning and procurement.
