Sr IT Applications Business Partner responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications; leads design of large-scale IT solutions; develops business cases and test plans; provides end-user support and training on-site.

Technical Overview
Emphasis on requirements elicitation, functional specs, process modeling, and SDLC governance. Engages cross-functionally to deliver IT solutions and support end users with training and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior IT business analyst who can translate high-level business needs into functional specifications, lead large-scale IT projects, and develop robust business cases. Experience in manufacturing and strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills are preferred.
