- Gather and document business requirements for system changes and to develop solutions
- Analyze impact on other systems and recommend actions
- Design, configure, test, and maintain GTS/E4H & SD modules
- Lead enhancement projects and troubleshoot production issues
- Identify process inefficiencies and train end-users
Technical Overview
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Hana SD and GTS/E4H, including trade compliance workflows, SPL screening, and licensing processes; ability to design, configure, test, and maintain modules; strong documentation and end-user training skills.
