Lead AI Foundations engineering team delivering AI-powered Foundation Models and production-ready AI systems. Drive architecture, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across cloud platforms and open-source tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered products
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI components including foundation model training and LLM inference
- Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies
- Invent and apply LLM optimization techniques
- Contribute to technical vision and long-term roadmap

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced senior-level AI engineer with 4+ years in AI/ML, strong Python/Java/Scala, and cloud deployment experience across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. They should lead and mentor engineers, drive foundation model initiatives, and optimize LLM-based systems for production scale.
