About this role
Lead the engineering of an AI-powered marketing content layer that generates, assembles, reviews, and publishes compliant marketing content across channels. You will build LLM-integrated pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and compliance workflows to ensure regulatory standards are met before content is delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI content generation services and integrate LLMs into authoring workflows
- Develop channel-specific content builders with rendering and preview
- Implement AI-assisted compliance review workflows for UDAAP and CAN-SPAM
- Create evaluation and observability tooling for LLM outputs
- Lead architecture design, guardrail frameworks, and operational runbooks
Technical Overview
Build production systems integrating LLMs into content authoring and compliance workflows. The stack includes Python, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker and Kubernetes, and Amazon Web Services, with strong emphasis on CI/CD, evaluation/observability (golden datasets, A/B metrics, drift detection), and guardrails (toxicity, brand voice, compliance boundaries).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead/full-stack software engineer with 6+ years of professional engineering experience, including 1+ year of cloud computing experience on Amazon Web Services. They have hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production content workflows, including prompt management, output validation, and Human-In-The Loop review, along with building observability and evaluation tooling like golden dataset benchmarks and drift detection. They are also comfortable leading architecture proposals and driving cross-team alignment.
