Citizens is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to handle complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for building systems, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. The role includes trade work (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC-related work) plus contractor oversight, work order estimating, and energy management.

Key Responsibilities

Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing
Oversee and inspect outside contractor work
Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and order supplies
Maintain energy management program and complete maintenance/repair records

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Senior Maintenance Technician with at least 4 years of related experience and 2+ years of extensive practical experience in Building Services. They can perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across building systems (including HVAC, fire alarms, and plumbing), oversee contractors, and manage work orders and maintenance records using Microsoft Office.
