Oversee SEC reporting and key accounting operations, ensuring GAAP accuracy and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Manage SAP-related integrity for transactions, drive month-end close activities, and partner with internal and external auditors while supporting 10-K and 10-Q preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance by verifying accuracy of methods and controls according to GAAP
Manage SAP integrity and ensure accuracy of transactions in the accounting system
Oversee month end closing processes including journal entry preparation and account reconciliation
Assist with SEC reporting requirements, including 10K and 10Q preparation
Serve as audit liaison for Internal and External auditors and manage SOX activities for the Corporate Accounting Group

Technical Overview

Accounting leadership role centered on SEC reporting and SOX controls. Owns month-end close mechanics (journal entries, reconciliations, interfaces, inter-company balancing, allocations, inventory control) using SAP and supports audits, lease process governance, and variance review workflows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior accounting leader with 6-8 years of relevant accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance ownership. They are experienced with SAP month-end processes, account reconciliations, audit coordination, and SEC reporting (10-K and 10-Q preparation).
