Senior Manager, AI Platform Architecture leads the architecture and evolution of Ulta Beauty's core AI platforms, managing a team of engineers and architects. The role shapes platform strategy and ensures scalable, reliable AI solutions across the business.

- Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable platform roadmaps
- Define end-to-end AI architecture framework and deployment strategies
- Lead design of AIML platform components and governance
- Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and AI Architects
- Drive platform scalability, reliability, and cost optimization
Technical Overview
Focuses on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Databricks, MLOps, AIML Ops; defines end-to-end AI architecture, deployment strategies, and governance with strong stakeholder collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior software/architecture leader with 10+ years in enterprise AI platforms, strong cloud experience across AWS/Azure/GCP, and hands-on leadership of ML/Ops platforms.
Must-Have Skills
