Sr. Manager, AI Platform Engineering

Senior manager responsible for driving architecture, development, and operations of ML engineering and GenAI systems. Leads a team of ML engineers and collaborates with Data Science, Data Engineering, and DevOps to deliver enterprise AI solutions at scale.

• Define and execute the ML/GenAI platform strategy aligned with enterprise digital transformation
• Lead a team of ML engineers and collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and business units
• Own platform roadmap, architecture decisions, and budget planning to scale AI capabilities
• Design and operationalize GenAI pipelines (LLMs, RAG, prompt orchestration, fine-tuning, safety guardrails)
• Build and deploy secure, scalable GenAI applications with privacy and compliance emphasis

Focuses on GenAI platform strategy, LLM integration, and GenAI pipelines (RAG, prompt orchestration, fine-tuning, safety guardrails) with strong emphasis on observability and governance; stack includes MLflow, KServe, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

The ideal candidate is a senior AI/ML platform leader with 5+ years building ML infrastructure, GenAI pipelines, and cross-functional leadership, proficient with MLOps, LLM tooling, and cloud platforms.
