About this role
The Sr. Manager for Cybersecurity and Identity Management oversees cybersecurity processes that support enterprise IT systems and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Reporting to the CIO, the role manages cybersecurity risk, supervises OT cybersecurity (including SCADA), and leads identity and access management processes in support of regulatory and audit obligations.

- Oversee cybersecurity risk management processes across enterprise IT and OT
- Provide risk-informed input to the CIO on platform/system architectures
- Oversee OT cybersecurity practices including SCADA systems
- Oversee identity and access management
- Support regulatory, audit, and disclosure obligations for a publicly traded oil and gas enterprise
Technical Overview
This role requires cybersecurity risk management across enterprise IT and OT, including oversight of SCADA systems and other industrial platforms. It also includes identity and access management governance, integration of security into technology operations, and coordination around third-party connectivity, remote access, and modernization initiatives consistent with OT security guidance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior cybersecurity leader who has managed cybersecurity risk and security/access practices across both enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. They have hands-on oversight of OT systems such as SCADA and strong ownership of Identity & Access Management processes, partnering with IT and field operators to adopt security standards aligned to risk tolerance.
