About this role

Oversee Ball’s energy procurement process for the NCA region by leading electricity and natural gas sourcing, developing energy category plans, and managing supplier and contract strategy. Ensure commodity risk management alignment, hedging governance, and compliance with internal approvals while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage RFPs for electricity and natural gas supply contracts
  • Create and implement energy category plans including risk management and budget inputs
  • Manage contract procurement strategy and align with commodity risk management framework and hedging approach
  • Recommend when and how to hedge based on market conditions and exposure profiles
  • Partner with Finance, Sustainability, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Accounting to ensure compliance and data integrity
