About this role
Sr Manager, Operations leads quality, Lean initiatives, and safety at a Fulfillment Center; designs and implements process improvements, standardizes best practices, and mentors Operations and Area Managers to optimize inbound/outbound operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives creation of quality, process improvement, and Lean initiatives by designing and implementing programs; leads safety, quality, and performance for inbound or outbound operations; sets expectations for managers; source and develop ideas; share best practices across shifts; partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, and Safety to manage labor planning and budgeting
